D. Beuk: UČINCI AGRESIJE NA REPUBLIKU HRVATSKU NA DIVLJAČ I LOVNO GOSPODARENJE ... Šumarski list br. 1-2, CXXIX (2005), 29-49 ground of GBE Kunjevci (hunting ground installations). Finally, the research goal was also to survey recovery time and suggest ways and measures to improve the overall state within the hunting ground of game breeding enclosure in the post-war recovery period. On the mean value basis in the mentioned periods there were magnitudes defined for the variation of numbers and values within the basic stocks and shooting rates and in this way the reduced profit was calculated far the time of and before the aggression and in comparison to the prewar time. The loss of number in basic stock of fallow deer was previously established. In 1985 up to 1990 average number of fallow deer was 368 (time before aggression). After finishing of aggression (1995) only 47 of individuals of fallow deer were noted. Consequently, 321 of individuals are missing. Regarding the structure, the great loss of number was established in female individuals of fallow deer (roe) as well as calves, consequently. (table 6, graph 6). In the recovery time, from 1996 up to 2002, in this 7-year period, basic population stock reached only for 50 % of the values of time before the aggression (1985-1990). However, data of not executed annually shooting plans during the aggression 1991-1995 are very important. During the period before aggression (1985-1990) 64 of “trophy” adult male and 356 individuals of female and offspring of fallow deer were shot in GBE Kunjevci (420 totally). During the aggression (1991-1995) 74 of all categories of game were shot in first year and without any in next 4 years. Consequently, because of the war situation 346 individuals of all categories of fallow deer game were shot less than plan as loss in profit in hunting tourism and loss in value of the venison. (table 6 and graf 6). As it is established, Roe deer game is not reduced in numbers during the aggression. Relatively small basic stock of this game of about 13 has not value of considerable economic meaning, so is not subject of hunting management in GBE Kunjevci except for maintaining of actual situation. During the aggression, plan for the shooting of the roe deer was realized with 50percent. Besides the fallow deer, mouflon is the other kind of game which is the subject of hunting management in GBE Kunjevci. During the aggression this population is not severely devastated, so in the 7-year period of recovery, state of game before aggression was exceeded in numbers, especially because of lack of shooting in aggression time. During the period before aggression (1985-1990) 8 of “trophy” adult male and 2 individuals of female of mouflon were shot. However, during the aggression time there were no shot games at ali (table 8, graph 8). Numeric state of wild boars population was also stabile during the war time. Average number of individuals per year is established about 30 within basic stock (see table 9 and graph 9). In comparison with prewar period (1985-1990) there were 50 percent less shot games of wild boars in war-period (1991-1995). According to fast reproducing ability of wild boars, optimal number of population and shooting rate were re-established in time after aggression (table 9, graph 9). Total amount of the loss of the values in basic stocks of games during the aggression (1991-1995), according to values of trophy games is 3.175.000,00 kn, according to values of the venison is 2.208.000,00 kn. Meanwhile, total amount of the loss of the values according to non-realized shooting rates is 1.119.000,00 kn. Individually, as a main game of the GBE, fallow deer had a great castaway in the research period. During the aggression time 1991-1995 there were lack of the game in GBE Kunjevci with its loss of the values of 6.502.000 kn and with total amount of the of 7.402.080 kn. Meanwhile, summarizing these amounts of loses with loses in basic stocks in recovery period (1996-2002), through adding of other material expenditures for the recovery of GBE, the calculation of overall loses for GBE Kunjevci in the aggression and recovery period (1991-2002) was made with the total sum amounting to 18,12 millin kn.
