iz istog razloga, kod osnivanja intenzivnih kultura ispod donje granice
prirodnog rasprostranjenje obične smreke, posebnu pažnju zaslužuju proveniencije
s nižih nadmorskih visina. One su u pravilu brže rasle i kod njih se
mogu očekivati veći učinci primjenom mineralnih gnojiva. Ovu pojavu neophodno
je provjeriti i konkretizirati osnivanjem terenskih pokusa na odgovarajućim
staništima;


dvogodišnje biljke obične smreke pokazivale su značnajno brži rast i sadržavale
veće količine analiziranih hraniva od biljaka omorike i sitkanske
smreke;


primjenjena gnojidba značajno je utjecala na smanjenje šteta izazvanih
golomrazicom, posebno kod biljaka omorike i sitkanske smreke koje su s obzirom
na ovu pojavu osjetljive.

The Relatoship Between the Nutritio and Growth of Some Norvway
Spruce Provenances (Picea abies Karst.)


Summary


The effects of application of NPK fertilizers on 2-year-old seedlings of 10
proveniences of Norway spruce and one provenience each of Omorika spruce and
Sitka spruce were investigated. The study was conducted in the Forest Research
Institute nursery at Jastrebarsko, using an artificially constructed seedbed mixture
with chemical characteristics as shown in Table 1.


The treated plots intially received 15 g P2O5 as superphosphate and 15 g K20
as potassium sulphate per square meter of surface area. Ammonium nitrate was
