A Contribution to the knowledge of Jron, Manganese and Zinc determination
by atomic absorption flame Photometry in plant materijal by burning up with
sulphuric and nitric Acid

Summary

The samples of plant material have been burned up with sulphuric and nitric
acid, and from these samples the determination of Iron, Manganese and Zinc
was performed by Atomic Absorption Flame Photometry.

The results obtained by different means for the extraction of Iron, Manganese
and do not vary significantly at 5 and 1 percent levels. From these
investigations it is possible to conclude that for Iron, Manganese and Zinc determination
in plant material both extraction techniques could be used, and that
results are comparable.
