in Pinus contorta Dougl. and Pinus silvestris L. The investigations were carried out for the dolomitic rendzina with chemical properties according to Tab. 1, for field peat (Tab. 2) and acid brown soil (Tab. 3) in laboratory pots with 8 kg of soil. Treatment was performed with 0.5 g of iron sulphate and with the same amount of iron in the form of iron citrate and iron chelate, the foliar treatment with 0.2 »/o-solution of iron sulphate and the corresponding concentrations of iron citrate and iron chelate. Through these investigation the following was established: 1. With the application of iron salts we can effect a better thriving of Pinus contorta Dougl. and Pinus silvestris L. cultivated on dolomitic rendzina. A special efficiency was demonstrated by foliar treatment of plants with iron chelate. 2. Through treatment with iron salts chlorosis can be prevented only in part, which shows that besides lack of iron it is also caused by malnutrition with other nutrients, and by other unfavourable conditions. 3. Because of the great economical significance of the chlorosis under study and its unsufficient knonwledge, these investigations ought to be continued. Primljeno kolovoza 1976. Dr Nikola Komlenović, dipl. inž. šuim. Institut za šumarstvo, Jastrebarsko Savez inženjera i tehničara šumarstva i drvne industrije Hrvatske izdaje ovu »Povijest šumarstva Hrvatske kroz stranice Šumarskog lista« povodom 130. obljetnice osnivanja Hrvatsko-slavonskog šumarskog društva i stote godine neprekidnog izlaženja Šumarskog lista. Svoja zapažanja oni objavljuju u austrijskim, njemačkim i mađarskim stručnim časopisima. I. 1877. godine. Šumarski list postaje mjestonapredovanja izmjenestruke. stručnih misli i nezamjenljiva pokretačka poluga (Iz Predgovorastr. 3) »Povijesti šumarstva Hrvatske . . .« Zagreb, 1976. 466 |
