Summary DETERMINATION OF THE BALANCE OF LONG-WAVE RADIATION IN A FOREST PHYTOCOENOSIS After discussing equations of the balance of long-wave (thermal) radiation the author computed — by applying the Boltz-Falkenberg method and using measured data of air temperature and humidity and of soil temperature in the forest community ABIETO-FAGETUM on Mt. Goč — the effective irradiation of forest soil and the counterradiation of the atmosphere.
