Rezultati ovih istraživanja ukazuju nam da se opisanim metodama primjene
P´1-´ može doći do brzih rezultata o njegovoj penetraciji u rizosferu
što je prikladno za indikaciju površinske gnojidbe tla s fosfornim
gnojivima. Vrijednost se tih metoda očituje u nenarušavanju prirodne
građe tla kao i u brzini dobivanja rezultata, tj. već jedan sat poslije dodavanja
doze P32 na površinu tla.

A CONTRIBUTION TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF .PENETRATION OF PHOSPHORUS
(P3>) IN SOME SOILS OF CROATIA ON WHICH ARE ESTABLISHED PLANTATIONS
AND ACCELERATED CULTURES OF FOREST TREE SPECIES


In the work the authors attempt to present an up-to-date and rapid field-
laboratory method for the following-up of the penetration of phosphorus from the
soil surface into the rhizosphere. A knowledge of phosphorus penetration is
indispensable in surface manuring with phosphorus fertilizers, which is applied in
plantations and accelerated cultures of forest tree species.


The paper includes an introduction, a presentation of the problem, a description
of the object of investigation, the working methods, results of the investigation,
a discussion and conclusions.


The objects of the investigations were chosen in the area which according to
Köppen´s climatic classification belong to the climatic type designated by the
formula Cfwbx«, while as to the soil types were selected: a pseudogley soil at Cerje
near Dugo Selo, an alluvial soil at Jaždovac near Lučko, and a lessive heather-
bracken soil at Zalije near Ogulin. The results of laboratory analyses of the
mentioned soil types are presented in Tab. 1.


In the chapter »Working method« the field and laboratory application of
