S obzirom na izloženo po svim zakonima pravde i prirode opći je vapaj: vratiti" Istru s Trstom i susjednim zemljama našim narodima. Čitavo šumsko-vegetacijsko područje Istre i susjednih zemalja zahvaćeno je jačim utjecajem čovjeka. Kako je naprijed naglašeno, ondje ima prostranih terena pokritih malovrijednim šikarama i kamenjarama, koje očekuju, da se na njih vrati SI. 3. Šumsko-vegetacijska područja našeg primorja (Forest-vegetative regions of the Yougosiav and Istrian littoral); 1) Vazda zelene mediteranske listače (Evergreen Mediterranean broadleaved forests); 2) Primorske listopadne [submediteranske] šume (Submediterranean littoral forests); 3) Bukove i druge šume susjednih planina (Beech and other forests of the neighbouring mountains). — Granične linije uglavnom prema Bečk u (Vegetationsverhältnisse der illyrischen Länder, Leipzig, 1901.) šumsko zelenilo. Radujemo se, što ćemo povratkom tih naših krajeva svojoj matičnoj zemlji u program našega rada oko podizanja i obnove šuma u krškim krajevima obuhvatiti konačno i njih — našu Istru, Trst, Jugozapadnu Kranjsku i Goricu, te svojim radom na podizanju tamošnjih šuma moći doprinijeti svoj udio za bolju budućnost tamošnjeg teško napaćenog našeg naroda. i LITERATURA 1) A d am o v i ć dr. Summary. The total areas, geological formations and wooded areas of Istria and adjoining countries are represented on table No. 1, climatic conditions on table No. 2., and forest-vegetative areas on picture 1. In this article are emphasised the equalities existing in the composition of forest plant associations of Istria with adjoining countries and the forest plant associations of the adjoining Croatian and Slovenian regions. The forest vegetation of Istria with Trieste and the lower situated areas of Gorica and south-western Carniola form a continuity and natural whole with the forest vegetation of the littoral region of Yougoslavia (picture 3), while the forest vegetation of the higher situated areas of Gorica and south-western Carniola form a continuity with the forests of the adjoining Slovenia. . 23 |
